Día de viajar
Hola todos!
El 11 de mayo empezó mis viajes en el extranjero. Me encontré con mi amiga Michala en San Francisco y volamos juntos de SFO a Boston a Lisbon a Sevilla. Todo fue bien hasta llegamos en Sevilla y nuestros equipajes no llegaron. Ahora piensan que las maletas están encontradas, pero todavía no sabemos cuando las tendríamos. Por dos noches nos quedamos en un albergue juvenil (a youth hostel) en Sevilla y exploramos la ciudad antes de empezar el programa el martes.
Hoy (12 de mayo) Michala y yo caminamos por Sevilla, viendo muchas iglesias y restaurantes y personas fascinantes. Estamos muy cansadas y ahora es una victoria que no hemos dormido (aunque son las 2100 de la noche). Mañana participaremos en un camino por la ciudad con otros del albergue y después exploraremos más nuestro nuevo hogar.
Por favor ore que recibemos nuestras maletas muy pronto. Gracias!

Hi everyone!
I started my travels abroad on May 11. I met up with my friend Michala in San Francisco and we flew from SFO to Boston to Lisbon to Sevilla. Everything was going great until we arrived in Sevilla and our checked bags did not arrive with us. Right now the people we talked to at the airport think they found our bags, but we don't know how soon we can get them. So that's a thing. But here in Sevilla we're staying 2 nights in a youth hostel exploring the city before we start our study abroad program on Tuesday.
Today (May 12) Michala and I walked around Sevilla and saw many churches, restaurants, and fascinating people. We are very tired and honestly it's a victory that we are not yet asleep at 9pm tonight, because we've both been dozing off throughout most of today. But bedtime will be very soon. Tomorrow we are going on a walking tour of the city put on by the hostel in the morning, and afterwards we will explore more of Sevilla, our new home for the next couple months.
