La cuarta semana
Hola todos!
Esta semana pasó bien y tuvimos dos experiencias culturales aquí en Sevilla. El martes visitamos el Alcázar, el palacio real de Sevilla donde se queda la familia real cuando esté en esta cuidad. Vimos tres diferentes tipos de arquitectura porque había construido durante muchos siglos. Saqué muchas fotos del palacio. Había muchísimos detalles que me asombraron.
El jueves vimos la salida de la Iglesia del Salvador para el Rocío, una peregrinación a una ciudad en otra provincia de España. Las mujeres llevaban trajes rocieros (como trajes de flamenca) y los hombres a caballo llevaban trajes y chaquetas cortos. Me gustó ver la gente vestida para una fiesta. Me recordó cuánto amo a Sevilla.
Este término ya está terminado¡¡ Esta mañana tomé un examen y entregué un ensayo. Salieron bien, creo. Vamos a relajarnos este finde y disfrutar de estar en Sevilla.

This week went well and we had two cultural experiences here in Sevilla. Tuesday we visited the Alcázar, the royal palace in Sevilla where the royal family stays when they're in the city. We saw three different types of architecture because it was constructed over several centuries. I took lots of photos of the palace. All the details left me astonished.
Thursday morning we watched the Iglesia del Salvador leave for El Rocío, a pilgrimage to a city in another province of Spain. The women were wearing dresses like flamenco dresses, and there were men on horseback wearing cute outfits too. I loved seeing the people all dressed up for the fiesta. It reminded me of how much I love Sevilla.
This term is finished!! This morning I took an exam and turned in an essay. They went well, I think. This weekend we're going to relax and enjoy life in Sevilla.
